Another good way to cure insomnia is to do backflips until you can do no more backflips. That&#039;s what I&#039;m doing right now. Heck that&#039;s what I&#039;m doing all the time, but that&#039;s only because I can&#039;t do any backflips. Get it? Hmph.</description>

		<description>You are so right on about doing too much stuff in bed...I used to read, play on my old iBook, watch television. Add to that the &quot;bad shit&quot; I was doing, my manic depression AND my Meniere&#039;s disease, and sleep was an absolute fruitless fucking effort.

Quitting dancing helped alot because it killed two bad birds with one stone, but the rest was (and still is) pretty difficult to deal with when I&#039;m trying to get my eight hours. But now I spend zero time on my bed until I&#039;m ready to go to sleep. If I want to read, I read on the couch. Once I&#039;m in bed (and since I&#039;m not getting any, as we&#039;re all well aware) I just try to clear my head as much as possible. Usually it works, when my boyfriend&#039;s incessant fucking snoring doesn&#039;t threaten my tranquility.

Damn, I sound all serious and shit.
